Connect AirGradient Monitors
Copy your Place token from AirGradient, then add your ONE Gen 9, Open Air, or Open Air Max monitors.
displayAQI connects to AirGradient with a Place token. One token connects every monitor that reports in that AirGradient Place.

Other AirGradient models appear in the device list with a Certification pending label and can't be selected.
Get Your Place Token
In the AirGradient dashboard, confirm every monitor is online.
Assign each monitor to a Location in its Place.
Open Settings → General → Connectivity, or use AirGradient Connectivity settings.
Turn on API access.
Copy the Place token. Treat it like a password.
Add the Devices to displayAQI
On the dashboard, select Add device.
Choose AirGradient and select Continue with AirGradient.
Paste the token into Place token and select Connect Place.
Select the monitors to add.
Select Add device, or Add N devices when you chose several. For your first devices, select Continue to billing and follow Get started with displayAQI.
Select Go to dashboard.
The list shows model, indoor or outdoor placement, and the last 4 characters of each serial number. A monitor already in your workspace shows Connected.

Troubleshooting
| Message | What to do |

| That Place token wasn't accepted. | Copy the current token from AirGradient Connectivity settings and try again. |
| The Place is connected, but it has no reporting Locations. | Confirm the monitors are online and assigned to Locations in AirGradient. |
| We couldn't reach AirGradient. | Check your connection and try again. |
| AirGradient is receiving too many requests. | Wait a moment and try again. |
Connect Qingping Monitors
Get your App Key and App Secret from the Qingping developer platform, then add your Air Monitor Pro, Air Monitor Lite, or Qingping 2.

Create buildings, floors, and rooms, add many at once, assign devices, and filter the dashboard by location.
