Set Display Hours
Choose the days and times your widgets and kiosks show readings, set the time zone, and decide what visitors see outside those hours.
Display hours control when your widgets and kiosks show readings. Outside the schedule, they show the last reading from display hours or a paused message.
The schedule affects public displays only. The dashboard, alerts, history and exports aren't affected.
Admins, Editors and Workspace Managers can set display hours.
Set the Schedule
Open Settings and select the Display hours tab.
Switch on Turn on display hours.
Under Display days, select the days when displays show readings.
Set Start time and End time in 24-hour format.
Choose the Time zone of your facility.
Under After hours, choose Show latest display-hours reading or Show paused message.
Select Save changes.
The same start and end time applies to every selected day. The end time must be later than the start time, so a schedule can't run past midnight.
Before you save anything, the form suggests Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00, in your browser's time zone. Display hours stay off until you switch them on.
What Visitors See

A day you haven't selected counts as after hours for the whole day.
Set Hours for One Device
A device can follow its own rules instead of the workspace schedule.
Open the device from the dashboard.
Find the Public display card and choose Workspace schedule, Custom schedule or Always show latest.
For Custom schedule, set the days, times, time zone and after-hours option for this device.
Select Save display policy.
Always show latest ignores display hours for that device, so its widgets and kiosks always show its latest reading.
