What displayAQI Support Can See
displayAQI support access is time-limited, read-only and recorded. See what support can view, what is never shown, and how you are told.
displayAQI support can open a client workspace only through a support session. Every session follows the same rules.
How Support Access Works
- Time-limited. A session has a start and an end time, and it ends on its own.
- Read-only. Support can look but can't change anything.
- Recorded. displayAQI writes each session and each read to an audit log.
- One workspace at a time. For partner clients, support starts from your partner account and sees only a list of clients. It then narrows the session to one client workspace, and the session can't reach any other client after that.
- Separate from your access. Support access doesn't depend on the access your own staff hold.
What Support Can See
Before narrowing, support sees each client's name, device count, whether it has a manager, and its latest device health signal.
After narrowing to one client workspace, support can see:
- A summary of the workspace
- Devices with their names, status, last reading and last update, and a general description of any connection problem
- Buildings, floors and rooms
- Recent readings
- Widget and kiosk settings, without their share links
- Alert rule totals and recent delivery results
- Whether the client has a Workspace Manager
What Support Never Sees
- Provider credentials, such as App Keys, App Secrets and tokens
- Raw provider responses and errors
- Device MAC addresses
- Invitation links and sign-in tokens
- Widget and kiosk share links
- Billing identifiers and payment details
- Raw internal records
How You Are Told
- Partner Owners get an email when a session starts, when it opens a client workspace, and when it ends.
- Workspace Managers get an email when support opens their workspace and when it ends.
- Every workspace lists support access under Settings, then Support access. The list shows the person, the reason, the access level, the status, and the start and end times.
Reasons are Technical issue, Access issue, Service review or Other. Internal ticket notes aren't shown.
