See When displayAQI Support Accessed Your Workspace

Settings → Support access lists each time displayAQI staff opened your workspace, who they were, why, and when the access ended.

When displayAQI support needs to look at your workspace to help with a problem, it opens a support session. displayAQI records every session in your workspace, where you can review it.

Support access is:

  • Time-boxed. Each session has an end time and expires on its own.
  • Read-only. Support can view your workspace and can't change it.
  • Audited. displayAQI keeps an audit record of every session.

Find the Log

Open Settings.

Select the Support access tab.

Every member of the workspace can open the tab, whatever their role. Newest sessions come first, 20 at a time. Select Load more access history for older ones.

If support has never opened your workspace, the tab reads "No support access recorded".
