Use the Dashboard

Switch between card and list views, search devices, filter by status or location, and find the devices that need attention.

The dashboard lists every device in your workspace with its latest readings. Search, filter, and switch views to find the room you need.

Card and List Views

Use the Card view and List view buttons at the top right. They appear once the workspace has a device.

ViewShows
Card viewPhoto, name, status dot, model, 2 gauges, other metrics, and the location path
List viewOne row per device with its location, up to 4 metric columns, and when it last updated

Select a card or a name to open the device page. Hover over the status dot for the device's status and when it last reported.

Workspace admins also see Add device at the top right.

Type a device name into Search devices. Searches accept up to 100 characters.

Filter by Status

The status filter has 3 options, each with a count:

  • All devices
  • Online
  • Offline

Online and Offline follow the status the provider reports. See When a device is offline or stale.

Needs Attention

Needs attention (N) appears when at least one device qualifies. A device qualifies when it is:

  • Offline
  • Stale, with no new reading for more than 10 minutes
  • Showing Account disconnected or Device not found
  • Below 20% battery

Select the button to show only those devices. Select it again to clear it. It combines with search, the status filter, and the location filter.

Filter by Location and Scope

Filter by location appears once you have at least one building. Choose a building, floor, or room to limit the list to it.

The filter becomes a chip with the location's name. Select the × on the chip to clear it. Pills for the floors or rooms inside appear next to the chip; select All floors or All rooms to widen the scope, or a name to narrow it. Cards and rows then show the shorter path inside the scope.

With no filter, the dashboard lists devices in building, floor, and room order, and devices without a location come last. See Organize devices by building, floor, and room.

List Columns

In list view, Columns (N) opens Row metrics. Choose 1 to 4 metrics. displayAQI saves your choice to your account.

Until you choose, the columns are CO₂, PM2.5, Temperature, and Humidity where your devices report them. Other columns are Device, Location (when you have buildings), and Updated.

Pagination

The dashboard loads 50 devices at a time. Select Load more at the bottom for the next 50. The counts in the status filter cover the whole workspace.
