Show Your Brand to Clients
Set your display name, logo and colors, and see where they appear for your clients, on kiosks and widgets, and on your demo link.
Set Your Brand
Owners and Managers can edit brand settings.
Open Settings in the partner console.
Under Branding, select Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP file up to 2 MB. The logo saves as soon as it uploads.
Enter a Display name.
Enter a Brand color and a Text color.
Select Save branding.
- Display name: 2 to 60 characters, with no web addresses. Leave it blank to use your account name.
- Colors: 6-digit hex values, such as #112D4E and #FFFFFF. Fill in both or clear both. The form shows the contrast ratio and requires at least 4.5:1.
- Replace logo and Remove logo change the logo later. Removing it returns the default icon.
Where Your Brand Appears
Your brand applies on the web address your clients use to open their workspaces, once displayAQI has activated that address for your account. Until then, clients see the standard displayAQI look, and these settings have no visible effect on their workspaces. To check the status of your address, contact us.
Once the address is active, your brand appears in:
- The browser tab title
- The sidebar header, with your logo and name on your brand color
- Workspace setup and add-device screens
- The attribution line on kiosks and widgets opened from that address, which shows your display name in place of displayAQI.com
Every kiosk and most widget templates have a setting to hide the attribution line.

The Service managed by line in the client sidebar uses your partner account name, and the display name has no effect on it.
What Stays displayAQI-Branded Today
- Sign-in. Clients sign in on displayAQI's sign-in pages.
- Sign-in and invitation emails. They come from displayAQI's sender.
- Alert emails and access notices. displayAQI sends them.
- Terms and privacy. Clients are linked to displayAQI's documents.
- Status and incident messages. displayAQI sends them.
Support and Legal Links
You can't set your own support or legal links. Clients reach you through the Contact link in their sidebar. If a workspace won't load or setup is incomplete, clients go to displayAQI's Contact page, because only displayAQI can resolve those cases.
Buy Slots for a Client
Buy slots per client, monthly or annual, add more with proration, switch to annual at renewal, and find invoices and payment methods.
Share a Live Demo With Prospects
Publish a read-only link to your internal workspace so prospects can browse live air quality data without an account.
