Share a Live Demo With Prospects
Publish a read-only link to your internal workspace so prospects can browse live air quality data without an account.
The demo link opens a live, read-only view of your internal workspace. Visitors need no account.
What Visitors See
- Dashboard. Your devices with live readings and status.
- Buildings. The building, floor and room structure.
- Device profiles. Each device's details and history for up to 7 days.
- Widgets and Kiosk. Visitors can build and preview widgets and kiosks. Those experiments last for the visit only and aren't saved.
- Your brand. Your display name, logo and colors.
What Stays Private
- Your client workspaces. The link covers the internal workspace only.
- Settings, users, billing, credentials and exports.
- Edit access. Visitors can't change devices, users, settings, credentials or billing.
Publish the Link
Owners and Managers can publish the link.
In the partner console, open Overview and select Open dashboard on the internal workspace.
Open Settings, then Public demo.
Turn on Publish demo dashboard.
Select Copy link to share it, or Open demo to check it first.
Rotate or Disable the Link
- Create new link replaces the current link. The old link stops working immediately.
- Turning off Publish demo dashboard and confirming Disable public demo stops the link immediately. Turning it on again creates a new link.
Anyone using or saving a retired link sees Demo unavailable. The same happens while your partner account is suspended.
Before You Share
Sensitive location names
Anyone with the link can see live readings from the internal workspace. Building, floor, room and device names are visible too. Don't name locations after a sensitive or private site, and don't connect a client's devices to the internal workspace.
Show Your Brand to Clients
Set your display name, logo and colors, and see where they appear for your clients, on kiosks and widgets, and on your demo link.
Suspend, End Service, or Close a Client
Pause a client workspace, schedule and complete the end of service, or close it for good, and see what the client experiences in each state.
